Lolliestory committed to make your shopping experience fuss free and enjoyable for you, thus kindly read through our terms and conditions before making your purchase.
Purchase and Delivery :
- Kindly ensure that the correct product, size, colour and shipping details have been entered correctly prior to checking out. Lolliestory is unable to neither amend any orders nor consolidate orders, which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct product, size, colour and shipping details have been entered correctly prior to checking out.
- All final orders are not refundable/exchangeable.
- All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during work hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Indonesia). Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
- Lolliestory will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer opt for normal/ regular postage.
Exchange and Return Policies :
Defective / Faulty Item(s) received:
- All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 3 days from the day the parcel was received by customers after confirming with us. Failing in do so, all exchanges request will be dully rejected.
- Please take a snapshot of the defect with descriptions and forward the snapshot to info@lolliestories.com prior to mailing it back to us.
- Once you received a confirmation from us via email exchanges, faulty items have to be mailed back to us within 3 working days.
- Exchanges will only be done if the item is still in its original conditions (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defect/ faulty. Lolliestory will reimburse normal postage for the defect item(s) sent.
- There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.
- There may be a 0.5”-1” difference in the published measurements as items are mass produced and not made to measure. Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different monitors have different resolutions, In such cases, the variance may not be considered as defective.
- Lolliestory will not accede to any exchange/refund request should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
- All Items bought during sales period or at a discounted price are not eligible for any cash refunds.
Incorrect Item(s) received:
- We apologize for sending you an incorrect item, please mail the incorrect item(s) to Lolliestory within 3 days from the day the parcel was received by customers after confirming with us.
- Before you mail it back to us, please take a snapshot of the incorrect item(s) received and forward the snapshot to us at info@lolliestories.com We will reimburse the postage/shipping fees incurred.
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock and all exchanges will only be done if the item is still in its original conditions (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
- Lolliestory will not accede to any exchange/refund request should you purchase our merchandise from any third party.
Size / Color exchanges:
- Lolliestory strictly do not allow Size/ Color exchanges. Hence, kindly make sure that you have chose the correct size and color before proceed to check out. This applies for both Regular and sales item(s).
Backorders :
- Backorders are opened for selected sold out items.
- Arrival time for different items differ and are usually stated under the individual items.
- There may be delayed backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such a delayed shipment, lack of fabric etc. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders are not applicable.
- Backorders may also be cancelled due to insufficient quantity upon stocks arrival. For such circumstances, a store credit will be issued accordingly. There will strictly not be any be any cash refunds.
- Lolliestory will not be able to combine instock and backorder items to be mailed out together.
Payment :
- Currently we only accept two modes of Payment. They are Internet Banking and ATM Transfer.
- For customers who choose ATM Transfer as their payment method, order(s) will be reserved for 24 hours upon receiving an invoice. Please email your transfer receipt to info@lolliestories.com
- Customers who choose Internet Banking as their payment method will have their order(s) reserved for 6 hours upon receiving an invoice.
- Payment details have to be submitted via the form provided once you make a purchase, and all orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within the timeframe. Cancelled orders cannot be reversed and Lolliestory will not be held liable if the payment details are not provided for within this timeframe.
Products :
- Colors of product may differ due to color calibration of individual's screen and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used during photo-shoot.
- A difference of 0.5”-1" between the item(s) received with what was provided in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
- Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
- Minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping buttons which can be sewn on, etc will not be considered for exchange/ return/ refund.
Product Care :
- You are advised to hand wash all Lolliestory apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.
- Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
Lolliestory reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed.
